Paul VanderPlaat I began my career as a Loan Officer with the Farm Credit Services and served the ranching and farming communities of Oregon for ten years. In 1995, I was recruited to the mortgage lending industry as a real estate Loan Officer. Over the past ten years, I have assisted over 1,000 families achieve their dreams of home ownership. I feel my experience and conscientious approach to working with my clients will ensure a smooth transaction. I am thoroughly versed with all currently available loan programs and I will happily provide you with the information you need to make the right home loan choice. I am a firm believer that educating the client of the loan process, and the loan products available, is crucial in helping my clients make the best decisions for their particular situation.
